Message: Several weeks ago our dishwasher took what I thought was its last clean cycle. My husband had met the Matt at a business meet & greet and was very impressed. So when the dw took sick, He called, left a message and within 10 minutes Matt had called. He set up a convenient time for us and was there when he said he would be. He diagnosed the dw in record time and gave us several options. Then Neal asked him to look at the refrigerator. The condenser fan was shot, then the ice maker which he knew immediately could be fixed. Again gave us several options. Neal decided how we wanted to proceed. Parts were ordered and arrived when we were told they would. (That in itself was a miracle to us.) Matt arrived at the appointed time (again at our convenience)and had both appliances repaired in no time. Then he cleaned up behind himself even though I saw nothing that needed to be cleaned up. Now this was on a Saturday (everybody else's day off) and then, after we got the bill and wrote the check, actually sat down and visited. The interaction with this company reminded me of the "old days" when you were more than just another check writer. Speaking of writing the check, I was pleasantly shocked when he gave me the bill. Not only was the diagnosis and repair outstanding, the cost was so much lower than I had expected. Anyway, we were so very pleased from beginning to end. Then three days later I went to open the dishwasher and the handle was broken. Neal called Matt and he came by that day and was so apologetic I wanted to cry. Bless his heart, we knew that stupid door handle had nothing to do with him fixing our dishwasher. In no time he had it fixed and would not charge us for a service call or anything. Now that I have told you this big long story, my goal starting out writing this was to tell you that if there was some place that I could give a recommendation I would. But bottom line thank you, thank you, thank you for this company and your goal to give our little corner of the world honest, fair and friendly service. Most companies have lost sight of that. We will be recommending y'all to everyone we know."
